To accelerate online acquisition and expand web-based listening, we designed and launched a new modular web experience. This initiative aimed to seamlessly guide users toward the right platform—driving mobile users to the app store and desktop users to the web player, optimizing conversion at every touchpoint.

Collaborating closely with marketing, we developed a customisable, modular site that enabled dynamic targeting and tailored landing pages. This approach allowed for agile campaign execution, ensuring messaging and UX aligned with different audience segments to maximise engagement and conversion.

The launch of the web player significantly increased accessibility, driving a 20% rise in monthly active sign-ups. By offering a seamless, cross-platform experience, we captured users on both desktop and mobile, providing greater flexibility and ease of access.
