Envirobank’s mission to make recycling rewarding led to the development of Crunch, a digital platform that allows users to earn and redeem rewards through the Cash for Containers scheme. As the Lead Creative and Product Designer, I designed both the marketing website and the Crunch rewards platform, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience from awareness to participation.

Building a Marketing Website to Drive Engagement

To promote Crunch and educate users about the Cash for Containers program, we developed a dynamic marketing website. The design clearly communicated the recycling process, reward benefits, and how users could participate, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all audiences.

Designing the Crunch Rewards MVP

For the platform itself, I created the MVP of Crunch’s digital experience, focusing on intuitive navigation, seamless rewards tracking, and a frictionless redemption process. By balancing user needs with business objectives, the MVP provided a strong foundation for future expansion.
